6 Outfits That Will Inspire Your Office Wardrobe

There are many reasons why you should care about your wardrobe at the office, and yes, it has to do with how good you look – but only in the most superficial way! It’s more about how your style reflects your personality and professionalism. Just because you don’t have an office job doesn’t mean that you don’t need to worry about this stuff; think of it as practice for bigger and better things!

1) Winter Style
#1 - Black Turtleneck and Flannel Skirt This is the perfect winter outfit for anyone who wants to stay warm and cozy. The turtleneck will keep you warm and the skirt is long enough so it won't ride up, even when you're sitting at a desk all day.

2) Summer Style
It's summertime! If you're like me and you work in an office, it's important to keep your wardrobe fresh. Here are some of my favorite outfits that I wore this week to work!

3) Dressy Casual Style
Dressy Casual is a style that you can wear to work, but still feel put together. Dressy Casual outfits often have a dress on the bottom and different types of tops on top. You can also layer with sweaters or jackets for an added layer of warmth.

4) Always Add Some Color
Adding in some color can liven up your outfits. In the winter, it's important to wear darker colors because they'll keep you warmer. Red is a great color for winter because it can brighten up your day and make you feel more energetic. Colors like brown, green, and blue are also great for the colder months.

5) Wear the Trend But Don’t Chase It!
We all want to look fabulous on a Monday morning. But how can you find an outfit that will stand out, yet still be appropriate for the office? The key is to wear the trend but don't chase it. For example, this season's crop top and skirt are both staples in the office wardrobe.

6) Be Comfortable, Not Cramped
The first thing to consider is the shape of your office. If you have a cubicle, then you need to take into account that you'll likely be sitting most of the day. This means sticking with comfortable clothes and avoiding anything with a lot of volumes or extra fabric. A pencil skirt is great if you want to show off your legs without being too warm.
